SEGMO paddle dryer is a compact machine because it has many square meters of heat exchanging surface area relative to the volume. Two hollow shafts with hollow paddles turn in opposite directions in the ω- (omega) shape horizontal trough that follows the contours of the paddles. The moving paddles are expertly designed to ensure excellent heat transfer when the product is refreshed regularly and remains in good contact with the heat exchanging surface. 

Dissolved Air floatation is a water treatment process used for the removal of suspended solids, oils, and other contaminants from water. DAF operates on the principle of flotation, where tiny bubbles attach to solid particles and cause them to float to the water's surface for removal. This method is particularly effective in industries such as wastewater treatment, oil and gas, pulp and paper, and various manufacturing processes. 

Segmo membrane filter press is a specialized type of filter press used for efficient solid and liquid separation in various industrial applications like Breweries, Chemical plants, Mining, Iron and steel, waste water treatment, etc . It incorporates a set of membrane plates along with traditional filter plates to enhance the dewatering process. Once the filter plates chambers are full after feed pressure has cycled out, the membrane squeeze will begin by inflating the membrane with the help of air compressor. These membrane while inflating inside the plates squeezes the sludge cake and hence reduces the cake thickness by forcing out of more liquid from cake. 

A pusher centrifuge is a type of industrial centrifuge used for the separation of solid particles from a liquid or slurry. It operates on the principle of centrifugal force, where the rotation of the centrifuge causes the denser solid particles to move away from the axis of rotation, leaving behind the clarified liquid.

HRSCC is sued to remove solids and impurities form water making it clearer and more suitable or various uses. The term High Rate" in HRSCC indicates that this type of clarifier is designed to operate at a relatively high hydraulic loading rate, meaning it can handle a significant volume of water per unit of time compared to conventional clarifiers. The "Solids Contact" aspect implies that the design involves bringing the incoming water into contact with a concentrated sludge or recycled solids, enhancing the settling process and improving the efficiency of solids removal. The mixture of influent water and sludge rises through the draft tube and enters into flocculation zone. With gentle hydraulic turbulence, the mixture flows from flocculation zone to clarification zone. Part of water (equivalent to the instantaneous influent flow rate) enters the clarification zone and rises towards the uniform clarified water collector of HRSCC. Settled precipitates (sludge) moves continuously along the floor towards central sludge pit by rotating scrappers where it is further concentrated by thickening pickets. 

Treated water or effluent from secondary stage is feed to ACF. It is ideal for filtration of water having very fine suspended matter like mud, rust particles and biological growth. It is a vessel with manhole and bottom flanged covers, supports, raw water distributor, under drain collection and backwash water jet system. Treated water flows downwards through the filter bed, and the turbidity and Suspended matter is retained on the sand Bed. Filtered water is evenly collected by an under-drain system in the bottom of the vessel and flows through the outlet to service. At normal flow-rates a clean filter bed presents little resistance to the passage of water but the suspended matter is removed from the water, steady rise in the loss of head occurs across the bed. Cleaning of filter bed is affected by passing a reverse upward flow of water through the filter for approximately 3 to 5 minutes. As a new member of screw press, it comprises of fixed ring, moving ring and a screw which thrusts the filter element and transfers & pressurizes sludge. The gaps between the rings and the screw pitch are designed to gradually get narrower towards the direction of sludge cake outlet and the inner pressure of the filter element increases due to the volume compression effect, which thickens and dewaters the sludge.
