The models have been designed to comply with the standards of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME), Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code, Section X pressure  300 psi and suitable for  1 no 4" dia  long RO membrane.
Sizes available for 1 number of RO element to 8 number of element and pressure ratings from 300 psi to 1800 psi.

The KaiGO Micron Cartridge Filter is constructed of thermally bonded polypropylene microfibres to ensure high efficiency. This thermal bonded micro-fibre construction has minimal fibre release, consistent flow rate and superior filtration performance. It is also not brittle or prone to breakage problems like resin-bonded cartridges. Unique micro-grooves provide added surface area. The recommended temperature limit of 4°C to 80°C allows it to be used in many hot water applications

KaiGO FRP pressure vessel is a container made of fibre reinforced plastic designed to hold filter media at a pressure substantially different from the ambient pressure. These are widely used in water softening & RO pre-treatment filtration application.

• Capacities ranging  from 38 Litre to 5466 Litre are available.

These tanks are made using thermoplastic material like LLDPE / HDPE / PP of virgin grade. The material iseco-friendly & can be recycled & reused. We use rotational moulding process for making LLDPE tanks & extrusionmoulding process for making HDPE/PP Spiral tanks. These tanks are used for storage of water / sewage / euent/ chemicals.
